We draft and negotiate the agreements that businesses depend on: supply and distribution, software and services, agency and franchise, and employment contracts compliant with Israeli labour law.
Bilingual contracts are prepared with a binding Hebrew or English version, agreed in advance.
We do not handle criminal, family or immigration matters. When a client needs that advice we refer them to colleagues we trust and stay involved where the matters overlap.
